Disciplinary action has been taken against three Kanawha Countysheriff's deputies and department communication procedures have beenchanged following a series of mistakes that allowed the slaying of aCross Lanes man to remain undiscovered for as many as 14 days.
Cpl. R.W. Sullivan was suspended for 30 days without pay and Lt.R.D. Cobb and Deputy E.S.
